Warranty, Cancellation & Refund
For Standalone Extensions, Plugins & themes:
1.1 All plugins, extensions & themes purchased from Mage Orange, untill and unless specified will carry a refund period of 20 days.
1.2 If the product is not upto you expectation, please initiate a refund request at “Helpdesk.”
1.3 All refunds will take 3-10 days to get processed & settled.
For Services & Bundled Packages:
2.1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned; so, customers are requested to be sure with their “selection & purchase.”
2.2 There is no cancellation, return or refund for services & bundled packages.
2.3 In a rare case, if any service provided to you is not up to your expectation, please create a ticket at helpdesk and we will fix/ re-fix the issue within the warranty period.
2.4 All services provided by us will have a warranty of 15 days. However, issues arising due to mishandling or manual damage will invalidate this warranty.
2.5 In case of repair & troubleshooting, warranty will not apply to new or unrelated issues.
For Physical Products:
3.1 Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or returned; so, customers are requested to be sure with their “selection & purchase.”
3.2 All items damaged during shipment will be replaced.
3.3 If you have received a defective or damaged product, please create a ticket at helpdesk within 48 hours of delivery. It is advisable to attach pictures of the damage or defect.
3.4 Items that are damaged in transit and cannot be replaced will be processed for refund back to the original payment method.
For Publishing:
4.1 Publishing fee is non-refundable. No cancellation or return is applicable.
